Available: SERVICE/WARRANTY ASSISTANT Area Heavy Duty Truck Dealership has an opening for a Service/Warranty Assistant. The first part of this position is designed to assist the Warranty Administrator in all functions of the warranty process. The second part of the position is to assist in all functions of the Service Office operation. Must have good phone and computer skills. Mechanical knowledge is preferred. The correct individual will be customer focused and eager to learn the Truck Service Industry. Salary based on skill and experience. Sayre, Inc., a Peterbilt, International and UD truck dealer located 20 miles West of Philadelphia is taking applications for the position of medium and heavy duty Truck Mechanic/Technician. G. L. Sayre, Inc., who enjoys a superb reputation for delivering excellent products and service, has been selling and servicing trucks since 1934. You should be able to perform general floor work including brake repairs, chassis and suspension repairs and preventative maintenance procedures. The ability to perform transmission, axle and diesel engine repairs, including electronic diagnostic procedures would be a real plus. We do offer 24-hour road service and have a spot in the organization for someone who enjoys that type of work. Normal hours are from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. We are looking for applicants for both the day and evening shifts. Applicants should have a minimum of two years experience in the industry and an adequate set of hand tools. If you don’t have them now, we expect that you will get your CDL and Pennsylvania State Inspection License. We do assist in that process. Starting salary negotiable depending on experience, training and credentials.
